GEMMA Gift Voucher
• Valid for dine-in only.
• Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of issuance; there is strictly no extension of voucher validity.
• Non-exchangeable for cash in part or in whole.
• Prior reservations are required. Please quote voucher serial number at the time of reservation.
• Valid voucher must be presented upon arrival at the restaurant.
• Vouchers may not be used with other discounts or promotions.
• Voucher is invalid if not endorsed, expired, damaged or defaced.
• Vouchers are not replaceable, exchangeable, or refundable, in part or in whole.
• I’WA Group reserves the right to amend or change these terms & conditions without prior notice.
